Prepayment is required on all orders unless arranged in advance and approved. Please make all checks payable to AHA! Creative. A processing 3.5% fee is added to all invoice paid by Card. Payments made with Banking information are processed with no additional fee.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you please contact us! Any claims made within 14days will be evaluated and either refunded or replaced. We reserved the right of provide the industry standard of 10% over/under for your project, meaning if you need the exact product count please notify us ahead of your order placement so we can accommodate for replacements. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

Orders can be picked up locally at our office Downtown Coeur d'Alene. We do offer secure 24/7 pickup, just ask! If shipping is required we will utilize UPS Ground, with rates that will be added to your final invoice. Delivery is also available on an as-needed basis, please email us if this is preferred.
